DataBird

Design of a Vertical GenAI Training Program for HR

Context — Designed and developed an HR-specific learning track within DataBird’s 35-hour GenAI core curriculum.

Role — End-to-end learning engineering for a training program designed to enable HR professionals to independently design and use AI solutions through a dedicated AI platform. Structured the program into 2 sessions (4 practical cases + 1 capstone), and developed the briefs, system prompts, datasets, and correction scenarios. Designed and tested the scenarios using Claude (Anthropic), and scripted video walkthroughs for the corrections.

Outcome — Delivered 5 complete learning case files, designed to take HR professionals from initial tool adoption to independently building AI use cases.

mc2i

Support for Data & AI Innovation Initiatives

Context — As part of a strategic reflection on how to access and engage with the AI innovation ecosystem

Role — Supported the scoping and development of the innovation partnership with Hub France IA. Structured the roadmap for the AI & HR Working Group. Supported operational implementation through the co-organization of the AI & HR Trophies (2025), recognizing the best startup–HR collaboration initiatives, followed by the AI & HR Hackathon (2026), focused on the collective development of AI use cases, bringing together IT/HR pairs from around a dozen companies.

Horizon Europe

Assessment of Deep Tech Data Projects for the European Commission

Context — Horizon Europe framework programme, Missions strand — call for proposals on accelerating lead markets for deep tech solutions serving the EU Missions, hosted by European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA)

Role — Independent evaluator, assessing the relevance and robustness of proposals against the European Commission's objectives.

Lab RH

Data & AI Assessment and Sales Transformation

Context — An HR ecosystem (450 users, 60+ client organizations), facing its corporate clients' growing budget constraints and demand for return on investment.

Role — Senior management commissioned a transformation of the corporate offering, on the hypothesis that data and AI could be a lever for it. The audit revealed scattered data across multiple tools, with no consolidated view of the client lifecycle — and the engagement had to continue through a change of CEO with little handover, which put its relevance into question.

Outcome — Client lifecycle reliable down to the individual user level, a qualified sales pipeline (1,000–1,200 leads/year), reduced client churn, and a return to commercial growth in 2025-2026.

France 2030

Jury Panel — Generative AI Use Cases

Context — Call for proposals "Accelerating the use of generative AI in the economy", funded by France 2030 and run by Bpifrance.

Role — Independent panel member, assessing integrated generative AI projects, with a focus on the digital transformation of HR roles.

Hub France IA

Startups and Innovative AI Providers mapping

Context — Programme dedicated to identifying and showcasing innovative AI players in France, providing greater visibility to available solutions and facilitating connections with companies and public-sector organisations

Role — Structured the sourcing process, coordinated the expert assessment framework and managed the qualification of applications through to the public presentation of the results.

Outcome — Mobilised a network of partners and experts including Bouygues, Bpifrance, Les Échos, ADEME, Ecolab and the Greater Paris Metropolis; contributed to the 2025 release of the mapping, presented at an event hosted by Bouygues with approximately 300 participants.

Beta.gouv

Building Partnerships Between Vocational High Schools and Companies

Context — A DINUM (beta.gouv) intrapreneurship program, jointly backed by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labour: a school's Business Liaison Officer wanted to build a tool to connect vocational schools with local businesses, in order to improve graduates' job placement outcomes.

Role — Coaching the intrapreneur and structuring a feasibility study grounded in data rather than intuition: consolidating data from the Ministry of Education (schools, training programs, business liaison contacts), the "Les Entreprises s'Engagent" database (government-backed registry of businesses committed to supporting vocational schools), and public business data to reliably determine company location and sector.

Outcome — Investigation carried through to completion under beta.gouv's lean-startup methodology, concluding that the project should not continue in this form. The underlying need proved well-founded: it was later picked up and rolled out by the "Les Entreprises s'Engagent" program itself, through its dedicated space for vocational schools.

Ignite Nordic

European AI Startup Matchday

Context — European initiative connecting AI startups/scale-ups with large corporations, with the aim of accelerating commercial collaborations and the adoption of AI solutions across European markets.

Role — Contributed to the implementation of the French component of the 2024 programme: sourcing and engaging AI startups, identifying and onboarding large corporate groups, and preparing needs-based matchmaking opportunities.

Outcome — Mobilised French AI startups and engaged several Bouygues Group entities (Bouygues Construction, Colas), as well as Pernod Ricard through a learning expedition and startup dating sessions in Malmö (Sweden).

AFNOR CNIA

Organization of the Social Event — 14th ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42 Plenary Meeting

Context — International AI standardisation plenary meeting (SC42), held twice a year — October 2024 edition hosted in Versailles by INRIA, around 300 participants from 40 countries.

Role — Supported the French National AI Commission (AFNOR) in structuring the social event, aiming to open it up to the wider French AI community beyond SC42 delegates alone.

Bobbies

Wholesale Sales Function Audit

Context — Fast-growing SME in the fashion and leather goods sector (100 employees, €35M revenue), with 11 company-owned stores complemented by a long-standing network of more than 200 multi-brand retailers.

Role — Identified limitations in wholesale revenue growth. The management team sought to understand the underlying reasons, across market dynamics, processes, people, and tools.

Outcome — Audit of the wholesale sales function, with recommendations covering sales practices, team organization, data, and CRM, including the implementation of tools to improve sales performance tracking and management.

Adecco Group France

Structuring Data & Machine Learning Use Cases

Context — 8-month engagement with The Adecco Group France, ahead of the rise of generative AI — a period marked by the rollout of Celonis and the structuring of data use cases across the Group.

Role — Explored business use cases in the staffing business enabled by the deployment of Celonis (process mining); mapped the Group’s digital solutions incorporating advanced algorithms or machine learning; led the evolution of Adecco Analytics, a Tableau-based analytics product.
